"Ronald Ngabo boasts a distinguished 14-year career in tourism and hospitality. He leverages a strong academic foundation, holding a bachelor's degree in Tourism Management from Makerere University and an MBA in Hospitality from Les Roches of Hotel Management in Switzerland. Ngabo is a seasoned tourism professional with a proven track record in both public and private sectors. His expertise spans building business relationships, driving revenue generation, capacity building, and consulting for various companies and organizations. Ngabo has worked with Rwanda Development Board: Facilitating tourism investment opportunities. Rwanda Convention Bureau: Led sales efforts, securing international business, and playing a pivotal role in attracting MICE events to Rwanda. Horwath HTL Rwanda: Served as a Senior Consultant and Director of Operations, providing expert consulting services. Planitswiss Africa: Currently holds the position of Regional Director of Sales and Business Development for Africa, overseeing growth across the continent. Since 2015, Ngabo has shared his knowledge and experience by lecturing at the University of Mount Kigali, shaping the next generation of tourism professionals"

Dr. Emmanuel Nsabimana, PhD

"Dr. Emmanuel Nsabimana holds a PhD and a Master’s degree in Tourism and Hospitality Management from the Cape Peninsula University of Technology, South Africa. He is also multi-skilled with a background in finance and accounting, holding a Bachelor’s degree with honors in Business Administration from the University of the Western Cape, South Africa.With over 15 years of extensive experience in both academia and the industry, Dr. Nsabimana headed Rwanda's tourism regulations for seven (7) years, overseeing critical developments including the licensing of tourism and hospitality entities, grading and star awarding of hotels and other hospitality establishments, and providing a platform to formalize community-based tourism enterprises in Rwanda. He also has significant experience in Rwanda''s MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) industry, having participated in the preparation and execution of over 100 international events and conferences hosted in partnership with the Government of Rwanda."

She has an MSc in Applied Statistics and a BSc in Actuarial Science. She is equipped with advanced skills in tools like Survey CTO, CommCare , SPSS, R, STATA,Python, NVIVO, and Power BI, allowing her to deliver high-quality, impactful research outcomes. She has led numerous projects, from conducting in-depth interviews and facilitating focus group discussions to creating compelling data reports, identifying trends, correlations and patterns and managing comprehensive evaluations. Her experience spans sectors, including market feasibility studies and e-commerce initiatives, always ensuring data-driven decisions. Dorothy has the ability to translate complex research concepts into practical solutions, foster strong team collaboration, and provide expert technical assistance. He is currently studying at Babson College, USA, concentrating on Technology Entrepreneurship and International Business. With extensive expertise in computer programming, cybersecurity, and embedded systems, Bill has worked with various institutions as a developer and team lead. Previously, he worked with Mera Engineering as an Open-core DevOps and Security Engineer, the Ministry of Local Government Rwanda as a Full Stack Engineer, GIZ-Rwanda as a Software Engineer Consultant, HCM and BTCs as a Team Lead and Full Stack Engineer, and Techadon as a Frontend and Mobile Developer. He attended Rwanda Coding Academy during high school."
